At Sierra Defense, we take pride in crafting each holster by hand, specifically made to your order. Because every holster is custom-built for your firearm, we want to be transparent about our policies so you know exactly what to expect.

Lifetime Warranty:
We stand behind our craftsmanship with an unlimited lifetime warranty on all holsters. If your holster ever has a defect in materials or workmanship, we will replace it—no questions asked.

Please note:

This warranty covers functional defects only

Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight cosmetic variations may occur and are not covered under the warranty

This warranty is provided to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred

Replacement is the exclusive remedy; refunds are not available in lieu of replacement

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our support team and we'll work with you to get a replacement holster in your hands as quickly as possible.

Order Cancellations & Modifications:

We understand that plans change, and we want to be flexible where we can:

Within 24 hours of purchase: Full cancellation with no fee

After 24 hours: Cancellations are still accepted, though a 35% fee applies to cover materials and production costs already incurred

Firearm model changes: We're happy to accommodate changes to your firearm model at any point before production begins on your holster

Please reach out as soon as possible if you need to cancel or modify your order—the sooner we know, the more we can help.

Lead Times:
Our current lead time is approximately 30 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

Because each holster is made to order by hand, lead times can fluctuate based on current order volume and material availability from our distributors. We appreciate your patience and promise that your holster is worth the wait. If we anticipate any significant delays, we'll do our best to keep you informed. Lead times are not a guarantee.

Returns:
As all Sierra Defense holsters are custom-made to your specifications, we are unable to accept returns. However, our lifetime warranty ensures that if anything is functionally wrong with your holster, we'll make it right with a replacement.
