The Sweatguard is the side of the holster that faces your body. Pretty simply, how much kydex do you want on that side of the gun? The selections we offer are high and mid. High would go the end of the slide. It offers the best protection for your firearm but, is often the least comfortable. Mid is the most common. It splits the difference and ends about midway between the trigger guard and the end of the slide. There's no wrong answer here, its 100% your preference.
